Onsite Stylist

About the job

Our onsite stylists are responsible for creating beautiful spaces, working with quick turnaround times, in a fast paced environment. 

They must have the ability to take initiative and be solution oriented onsite. 

They will work closely with the creative styling and installation teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring all installations are executed as planned by the senior stylist, to a high standard in line with the expectations of Spatial and our clients. 

Key responsibilities include:

- Understanding and meeting the property brief for each installation

- Placing furniture and homewares within the property to meet the brief

- Effectively communicating with the logistics team to ensure the installation runs smoothly

- Taking initiative and making creative decisions as required onsite

- Packing and unpacking accessories and soft furnishings, both in the warehouse and onsite

- Maintaining order and safety, both in the warehouse and onsite

- Effectively managing time to ensure every installation is completed on time

- Ensuring the styling area in the warehouse is clean, tidy and safe at all times

- Ensuring all furniture and accessories are damage free and handled with care

- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with clients

- Collecting keys and taking care with the properties we have access to

The candidate must have:

- Interior styling experience

- Relevant diploma / degree or work experience

- A friendly disposition and can do attitude

- Problem solving ability

- Great communication skills

- Drivers licence

Working all around Sydney, our onsite stylists have to be hardworking (we’re on our feet all day!) but our team is great fun and we love what we do. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the amazing transformations we make happen every day!
